Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.

Return Period You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Process

Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Email Address] with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Shipping Your Return Once you have received your RAN, package the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or other items that came with it. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund amount.
